You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. No questions asked.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be in original or reasonable condition
- Proof of purchase required (order number or email confirmation)
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email us at support@clawmaster.store with:
1. Your order number
2. Reason for return (optional)
3. Photo of the item (if damaged)
We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return required. Simply email us a photo of the damage.
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that are intentionally damaged by the customer
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
