SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum order required.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 3–8 business days.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods (holidays, sales).

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.

SHIPPING CARRIER
We ship via standard international carriers including but not limited to: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and their partner networks.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@clawmaster.store.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
1. Check with neighbors and around your property
2. Wait 24 hours — sometimes packages are marked delivered early
3. Contact your local carrier
4. If still unresolved, email us at support@clawmaster.store and we will investigate

We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation, but we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
